1How to Request Deletion
Fill out the form below with the email address or phone number associated with your PakMallz account. Our support team will verify your identity and permanently delete your account within 30 days of receiving your request.

2What Gets Deleted
- Your profile — name, email, phone number, address, and photos
- Saved addresses, favorites, and wallet balance details
- Your login credentials and social sign-in links (Google / Facebook)
3What May Be Retained
Some information cannot be deleted immediately and is kept for a limited period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as:
- Order and transaction history — retained for accounting, tax, and fraud-prevention purposes
- Wallet withdrawal records — retained where required for financial record-keeping
This retained data is not used for any purpose other than legal/accounting compliance and is purged on our standard retention schedule.
