4Orders & Payment
- Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or cancel any order at our discretion.
- We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), JazzCash, and EasyPaisa.
- For COD orders, payment is collected upon delivery by our courier partner.
- We reserve the right to cancel an order if payment is not confirmed or if fraudulent activity is suspected.
- Once an order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.
5Shipping & Delivery
- We deliver across Pakistan. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
- Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
- Shipping charges, if any, are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.
6Returns & Refunds
- You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
