  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), JazzCash, and EasyPaisa.
  • For COD orders, payment is collected upon delivery by our courier partner.
  • We reserve the right to cancel an order if payment is not confirmed or if fraudulent activity is suspected.
  • Once an order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.

  • We deliver across Pakistan. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
  • Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
  • Shipping charges, if any, are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.

  • You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
